Born in 1982, Lorraine balances a vibrant life as a mother of five, a Media Literacy educator in a state secondary school, a Photography lecturer at MCAST ICA, and a freelance photographer. Always curious and driven by growth, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Media Literacy Education, a step that allows her to deepen her expertise and continue sharing knowledge with her students in meaningful ways.

Photography has been Lorraine’s form of expression from a very young age, evolving into her profession and creative lifeline. In 2013, she enrolled in a three-year Photography course at MCAST Institute for the Creative Arts, which helped her refine her visual language, develop her conceptual thinking, and push her creative boundaries. She holds a BA (Hons) in Photography and has built a broad and adaptable skill set, with particular focus on family portraits, food, product advertising, and child portraiture.

In 2019, Lorraine has established her own studio, where she works on most of her photographic work and stays in contact with her clients. Her photographic services cover a wide range of needs, from studio and outdoor family shoots to events, weddings, and special occasions. Lorraine has a special eye for capturing authenticity in children, and rarely turns down a product or food shoot. Her approach is collaborative and client-focused, always open to creative challenges and tailored to what each project truly calls for.

Lorraine continues to see photography not just as a service, but as a shared experience, one that captures truth, emotion, and connection. She welcomes new collaborations with an open mind and a creative eye, always aiming to make each project uniquely meaningful.
